Christmas at Ente Keralam with Festive Theen Mura Menu
Ente Keralam will serve a special festive menu from 21st December until 2nd January 2013. An exotic Theen Mura menu that has been created exclusively for Christmas and New Year Day.

Theen Mura will be served on 24th December for dinner and 25th for lunch and on 31st December for dinner and 1st January for lunch at the restaurant.
The Theen Mura set menu brings home-made specialties for non-vegetarians and vegetarians like Chicken cutlet with Challas, Vazhappoo cutlets, authentic Borma bread with Fish Mollee, Appam and mutton stew, Chuvanna choru or red rice with Meen vattichathu, Potato roast and more. If you haven’t already had your fill of festive cake, the Theen Mura menu also includes non-alcoholic Red wine and plum cake served in true Syrian Christian fashion.  The Veg and Non-veg Theen Mura set menus cost Rs. 695 and Rs. 775 respectively.

The special festive menu which will be served throughout until 2nd January includes an equally impressive line-up of dishes that are perfect to share with family and friends. Dishes that will be made to impress are the Ente Keralam classic, Karimeen Poliichathu (pearl spot fish wrapped in banana leaves with masala and grilled on a griddle), Muyal roast (Rabbit cooked in roast onions and spices), festive Turkey roast, Kuttanadan tharavu mappas(Kuttanadan duck in coconut onion gravy), Kappa cutlets (mashed spiced tapioca fried cakes), Tender Mutton chops and more.
